Taco muffins

A year and a half ago, Seth requested taco muffins for dinner. It never happened...until today.  Betty Crocker sent me this recipe and I called it Taco Muffins.

      Kids did. Seth actually ate it, so it must have been okay, but he's not banging the door down for more.
