Firsts

We celebrated Sam's first birthday today. It's been a year of firsts, not only for him, but all of us. His first injury, first crawl, first tooth, first foods, first clear communications, first tackles, first step. He develops new skills constantly. This week he learned to climb on the wooden rocking chair and stand on it, while attempting to rock. I am waiting for him to fall. He seems different today too. It's almost as if he KNOWS he has a full year behind him. He is kind and concerned. If someone is crying Sam is usually on his way, and if he finds you crying, he hug-tackles, and bite-kisses you. We love our Samuel.

First Ice Cream...Mint

This box has peaches in it. He can't get enough...he also couldn't get out. He was stuck on the side of the box.
